Hygiene Concept (COVID19)

Basic rules:

• wash or disinfect hands regularly
• no handshakes or hugs
• don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth
• cough or sneeze into the crook of your arm or a tissue
• maintain one metre distance between you and others
• avoid crowds

Face masks are obligatory in Austria:

• when using public transport & taxis
• in pharmacies
• when using services where the minimum distance cannot be maintained (e.g. hairdresser)
• in grocery stores
• in hotels and restaurants

If you have Covid 19 symptoms in Austria:

• stay in your accommodation and contact the owner
• call the Health Hotline on 1450
• do not go to the doctor or hospital without prior appointment

Covid 19 procedures at Hotel Berghof

• it is necessary to wear a face mask throughout the hotel, if the minimum distance cannot be followed.
• dispensers with hand disinfection gel can be found at all entrances and in the restaurant areas.
• door handles, light switches, are cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals by our staff.
• all communal areas for guests are regularly ventilated

Restaurant:

• please wear a face mask when entering the restaurant and walking to your table, as well as when using the buffet
• please disinfect your hands every time you collect food (breakfast, evening meal).
• it is essential to maintain distance from guests with whom you are not spending your holiday. (at least 1 metre)
